SPA POLICIES

PLEASE ARRIVE 10-MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED START TIME. LATE ARRIVALS WILL ONLY RECEIVE THE REMAINDER OF THEIR SCHEDULED SESSION.

PAYMENTS/TIPPING

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted but personal checks are not. Services pricing does NOT include tips.

BEHAVIOR

Please turn off all cell-phones or electronic devices when entering our spa/ treatment areas and keep voice levels low, as other treatments may be in progress.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your credit card info, address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information.

RESERVATIONS

Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is generally required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. Based on availability, walk-ins are welcome, if you are not comfortable with providing us your credit card for reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24 Hour notice is required if canceling an appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability.

REFUND POLICY

All treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking,or any notable changes since your last treatment.
